If you like to make cards with "bling-bling", you will love Glimmer Paper from Stampin' Up! Add a little, add a lot...it will bring a smile to the recipient.
But do you find that when using your cutting blades to cut it, that your blades get dull pretty quickly? Here is a tip to help you use glimmer paper and keep your blades sharp at the same time. Turn the glimmer paper upside down so that the smooth side is face up and then use your blade to cut. Another tip would be to reserve an already dull blade just for cutting your Glimmer Paper.
Also the texture of Glimmer paper is rough which can make it a bit difficult and somewhat different to work with than cardstock.
Since it is a little heavier than cardstock, you will want to use a strong adhesive such as Fast Fuse to add it to your projects. When you want to add an element to the top of your glitter paper, I have found that Dimensionals work best. Just press down firmly on each dimensional so that it will stick to the glitter paper.
Keep in mind that you can receive free Glimmer Paper (in the colors used in the card above) during our Sale-a-Bration promotion (while supplies last). To qualify, just place a $50 order. You can place your order at my ONLINE STORE.
