With everything around me in the throes of a winter bomb cyclone (that's what the weather bureau is calling this bone chilling weather phenomena), the idea of making a card with a snowy background seemed like a good idea.
It's easy to create a snowy background for your winter creations! After ink blending with your sponge daubers on watercolor paper, take your Craft Stampin' Ink refill. Squeeze a small amount into the tray of your ink pad, add a small amount of water with your Aqua Painter and flick the "snow" on to your card. Gradually build up the effect on your card. You might want to use a box to ensure your snow stays on your card! Be sure to set with your Heat Tool before continuing
