I absolutely LOVE Christmas and making Christmas projects. Just thinking about Christmas gets my creative juices flowing. This past Monday I held my Christmas Creations class (2nd in the series) and I think I enjoyed the class as much or more than my customers. Here are some of the projects we made:
Some of the materials I used in the class are retired but very similar product is available either in the Clearance Rack on my website (click on Shop Now and then Clearance Rack in the left column), the current Idea Book & Catalog or the current Holiday Mini Catalog. You can view the catalogs by clicking on the appropriate links in the left hand column here on my blog.
I am going to fill this little memory book with Christmas pictures from my past. The inside has six 5"x5" pages but you could fill it with lots more. The center of the snowflake and the curlique on the "R" features our new stick-on jewels but it's hard to see them in the picture. Love the bling!
This little goodie box can be filled with sweet treats, small cosmetics, votive candles or bath soaps. The possibilities are endless. Both of these projects were made using the Big Shot die cut machine...my absolutely FAVORITE product that we carry.
The Felt Snowflakes, Corduroy Buttons and Chocolate Chip Satin ribbon are available at the Clearance Rack (link in the previous paragraph) while supplies last for a fraction of the original price. Please be sure to indicate me as your personal demonstrator when ordering...thanks!
This picture does not do the card justice AT ALL!! The entire surface is covered with Shimmery Paint Mist and is totally sparkling!! The stamp set is Come to Bethlehem...my favorite Christmas stamp set in the Idea Book. Quick and easy embossed card. Also uses the Top Note Sizzix die cut for the More Mustard accent.
The next Christmas Creations class will be held on Monday, September 20th at 6:30 p.m. and there are only five seats available. If you want to make some fun Christmas projects but are unable to attend the class, all you have to do is gather up 5 friends and I will bring the class to you. The class fee is $25 (must be paid 15 days in advance for Class on the Go; 7 days in advance for class in my home) and will include 4 to 5 projects. Checks in the mail or credit card by PayPal or cash are accepted. Check back in the next few days to see a preview of some of the projects we will be making at the next Christmas Creations class.
